Acceptable Use Policy

General Information

  • Blinkin GmbH (“Blinkin,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides its AI solutions, including the Blinkin Launchpad and Blinkin Studio, to empower teams and individuals with tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and engagement. To ensure the responsible use of our platforms, we have established this Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) to outline permitted and prohibited uses of our services.
    All terms used in this Policy but not defined shall have the meaning given to them in either our Terms of Service, depending on the context of your use of Blinkin’s services (“Services”). This Policy is deemed incorporated into the terms applicable to your subscription, and your continued use of the Services shall be subject to this Policy in addition to those terms.It is your responsibility to ensure that you and, if you are an Organization, your Users do not:

    1. Access, store, distribute, or transmit any material using the Services that:
      - is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or offensive;
      - depicts sexually explicit images;
      - promotes unlawful violence;
      - is discriminatory based on race, gender, color, religious belief, sexual orientation, or disability.
    2. Except as may be allowed by applicable laws that cannot be excluded by agreement, and except to the extent expressly permitted under this Agreement:
      - attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute any portion of the Services in any form or media or by any means; or
      - attempt to decompile, reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form any part of the Services.
    3. Access the Services to build a product or service that competes with Blinkin’s offerings.
    4. Unless specifically authorized under the Agreement, license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise make the Services available to any third party except your authorized Users.
    5. Attempt to obtain, or assist third parties in obtaining, unauthorized access to the Services.
    6. Violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others.
    7. Engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activities.
    8. Use the Services for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes. For example, this includes activities such as phishing, creating pyramid schemes, mirroring websites, generating or distributing unsolicited mass emails, promotions, advertisements, or other solicitations.
    9. Interfere with the use of the Services or the equipment used to provide the Services by other customers, authorized resellers, or users.
    10. Disable, interfere with, or circumvent any security-related features or other aspects of the Services.
    11. Use the Services for purposes not permitted by Blinkin’s Terms of Service.
