BlinkIn Officially kicks off EIC Project: ‘Giving the World a Help Button’

BlinkIn is thrilled to announce the official kick-off of our EIC project to ‘Give the World a Help Button’! Thanks to the support of the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) grant, we can bring our vision to greater heights.

Our project will span 18 months of dedicated work, and we’re eager to start breathing life into the idea we had when we founded BlinkIn in November 2020. Our vision of ‘Giving the World a Help Button’ is all about empowering people to help themselves when facing technical challenges at home, at work, or while travelling. At the same time, we aim to help companies deliver more effective service at lower costs, balance their service load and scale their customer service worldwide. We’re committed to making life easier for our customers and our customers’ customers, and we recognize that there is still much work to be done.

We’re excited to share our journey with you and invite you to follow us on LinkedIn or subscribe to our email updates

At BlinkIn, we believe that the BlinkIn Visual Assistant has the potential to revolutionize the way individuals and companies approach technical challenges - and how they can actually work together in doing so. The Visual Assistant will guide individuals who are in need of technical support through the analysis of their problem and initiate the next best action, ranging from assisting the person on the spot in solving the issue to connecting them with a human expert for further assistance. Companies, especially product manufacturers, benefit from reduced service costs while providing a better and more personalised experience for their customers.

We’re thrilled to start our EIC project and eager to make a positive impact. We’d like to express our gratitude to the European Innovation Council and our fantastic industry customers and network partners for their support, and we look forward to sharing our progress with you as we work towards ‘Giving the World a Help Button.’
