As of now, we do have WFH till the foreseeable future. Reopening our offices ist postponed.In future, we want to find a way that combines the best of both worlds and enable people to work they want. BlinkIn is already an international company, with offices in Germany, India and Sweden. But, we also want to cater to our employees’ needs and wants to the best of our capacity. If an employee seeks permanent WFH then we are more than happy to consider it, provided the performance of the employee is in alignment with our goals and project needs. And yes, even work and travel is an option.
We are a mix of European and Asian culture. We are flexible with our employees taking leaves and time-offs in between work. We appreciate openness in communication and encourage process proposals by our employees. We try to incorporate celebrating festivals and some informal virtual meets every once in a while. The culture-building is an on-going process and we are building it together as an organization taking what’s best and eradicating what’s bad.
Here are 4 rounds of interviews at BlinkIn which comprises testing your fit into BlinkIn overall. The goal is that you and BlinkIn understand if we have a match. The interview process is a conversation on eye level, that allows you and us to get aligned on how we can give the world a help button together. We want to structure this process as straightforward as possible.
1. Screening round – basic questions are asked in this round to check your salary demands and notice period. Your availability for the upcoming rounds is also noted here. The main question to be answered here: Do we have a formal fit?
2. HR Round – A sanity check. There are a few principles that are tested here – communication, attitude, ambitiousness, cultural fit and your past professional experience. We also try to understand what your expectations are out of the role you have applied for. What better version do you want to become of yourself?
3. Technical Round – Most of the roles we hire for are Technical roles, thereby we test your technical skills that are applicable for the role you are applying for. What can we learn from you? What can you learn from us?
4.Management Round – This round is more for your understanding of our organization and its culture. It’s also a final round of understanding what you are bringing to the table and what motivates you. Can we give the world a help button together?
